Combined jabs of Vaxzevria and Biontec / Moderna in 4 weeks interval

The Robert-Koch institute of Berlin has released a new recommendation on 1st July 2021: Persons who obtained first vaccine of Vaxzevria / AstraZeneca, should be administerd the second jab with either Biontec or Moderna at least 4 weeks after the first jab and regardless of age.

Up till now Moderna has not been delivered to surgeries. We have enough Biontec in stock to provide patients who have been inocculated the first Vaxzevria in our surgery.

Johnson & Johnson is not available to us the last two and the following week. We hope for a better allocation of vaccine to serve you sufficiently.

Digital certificate for Covid-19 vaccinated person and convalescent by our surgery

Digital certificate for Covid-19 vaccinated person is available from our surgery. It is valid for all EU-countries. This service is free of charge for you.

Once you have been vaccinated by us, we can use your existing data. In case your vacination has been done somewhere else, we need to see your vaccination booklet and ID card. Your name, date of birth and vaccination, vaccine and dosage will be transfer online to a software consortium engaged by the German federal misnistry of health. Therefor your consent is required.

A printed QR code for each vaccination you received is handed out to you. By using the Corona-Warn-App or CovPass-App, both are free of charge and issued by the German government, you can scan the data into your smart phone.

A similar service is scheduled for the covid-19 convalescent at the end of June 2021. Your PCR-Test result is necessitated further.

For more information: See the web site of the German federal misnistry of health (German).

Covid-19 vaccination

Dear patients,

due to the large request for covid-19 vaccinaton we are unable to answer your mail individually. You can be sure that you are registered with us for the jab as soon as you have received our automatic responding mail. We will contact you for an appointment when the vaccine is available for you. Additional phone call would not increase the amount of the vaccine nor shorten the queue.

The weekly supply of vaccine to our surgery is meagre. We can barely satify the demands. Our advice: Please accept any vaccination offer from other sources like occupational health, vaccination centres etc.

Please also inform us once you have taken up the vaccine offer from others.

Thank you for your cooperation.
