Our surgery offers a full range of services in general medicine with personal consultation and treatment including home visit if necessary. Furthermore we participate in health care programmes supported by almost all major German health insurance companies, you are welcomed to enroll:

– Primary care programme of AOK NDS, AOK Bremen / Bremerhaven, Audi BKK, Barmer GEK, DAK, hkk, KKH, Knappschaft, pronova BKK, SVLFG (former LKK NDS-Bremen),

– Check-up for the adolescents (12 – 14 years of age), prevention examination for young employees prior to the commencement of apprenticeship,

– Check-up for patients above 35 years of age, screening for skin cancer, cancer screening for men above 45 years of age,

– All vaccinations as recommended by the STIKO, German Vaccination Commisssion,

– Travel clinic including yellow fever inocculation,

– Disease Management Programme (DMP) for chronic diseases i.e. type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive lung disease),

– Phlebotomy, iv. infusion,

– Technical examinations: ECG, exercise ECG, 24 hours ECG, 24 hours blood pressure monitoring, spirometry, abdominal ultrasound scan, anorectoscopy,

– Minor surgery,

– Counselling,

– Heavy goods, passenger carrying vehicle medical, fitness for diving and other medical examinations
