Human being is its sole natural resevoir. It is transmitted by sexual contact and accounts for one of the most common sexual transmitted diseases. Two HPV-subtypes belong to the low-risk group causing genital warts. Further 12 high-risk HPV-subtypes are able to transform lesion on the infected site into malignant cancer. It can become cervix carcinoma in female, and penis, anus and oral carcinoma in male.<br \/>\n<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n<p>From 30th November 2018 HPV vaccination cost for boys from the age of 9 to 14 years is covered by the statutory health insurance scheme as it has already been in force for girls.
